At American Map Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and wall art. If your map doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your map in its original protective tube or box to ensure it arrives back at our facility without any creases or damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our returns processing center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
